To serve four, you need to :
Sautee ½ a large chopped onion in 1 tbsp. olive oil. In the meanwhile, add 1.33 lbs 10% fat ground sirloin to 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Twist in some freshly ground salt and pepper to your heart’s content. Make four patties and add some olive oil to them. Toast some rolls and add the kosher meat burgers to the pan or grill. After four or five minutes on each side, they should be ready to eat.
Then add four sliced portobellos to an oiled pan and simmer them. You can throw in a few diced scallions for color and crunchy texture. Slice a couple of ripe red tomatoes and add the fungi and fruit to the kosher meat.
